Senior Associate- Business Development

  • We are looking for Sales/BD professionals 
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA, or comparable degree is preferred.
  • 5-6 years of strong inside sales experience in selling software services and generating revenue for the organization
  • Experience in working with Startups and working in Shifts.
  • Strong written and Oral communication skills with energetic phone handling, attentive listening, and superior writing.
  • Knowledge of Sales Processes and adhering to such established processes and systems

Responsibilities:

  • Be a passionate, self-driven person and an Individual Contributor to generating Leads, Prospects, Clients, and Revenue for the organization.
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound sales activities including various reach-out modes like emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements and selling the organization's services to them.
  • Generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) as defined by the management.
  • Setting up appointments with Sales Qualified Leads with the Management team.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the Management team for further development and closure.
  • Experience in identifying and reaching out to prospects through social platforms like LinkedIn for generating leads.
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media like LinkedIn) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
  • Experience working with CRM and other related tools.
  • Identifying new sales leads – Database Extraction and research to find new sources for lead generation.
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and word documents, customer contracts, etc as needed.
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Run LinkedIn & Email campaigns.
  • Achieve all metrics, goals, targets, and other KRAs assigned by the management on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Willingness to work in different shifts depending on the prospects' geography allocated
  • Work from the Chennai office
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the team manager and Business Head
