Agile Model

Agile is the most popular and widely used software development framework. The main aim of the Agile SDLC model is to facilitate faster project completion.

Waterfall Model

The waterfall model is one of the oldest software development life cycles (SDLC). This is also known as ‘linear-sequential life cycle model’.

Iterative Model

The iterative methodology, unlike the waterfall model, does not start with fully specified requirements.

Lean Model

LEAN is a set of processes that focuses on reducing waste in the SDLC process. LEAN is applicable to development, support, or any other stream of the IT industry as well.

V-Model

V-model is the most widely used SDLC model. It is also called the Verification and Validation model. In the waterfall model, the testing phase begins after the completion of the development phase.
