QA Specialist - Performance Tester Engineer
Are you passionate about ensuring the optimal performance of software applications? We are seeking a highly skilled QA Specialist - Performance Tester Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Requirements:
- 3-8 years of experience in Performance Testing
- Strong proficiency with Performance Testing tools using J Meter (Mandatory) and other performance testing tools
- Sound knowledge in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management
- Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance, and other non-functional tests
- Monitor application logs to check the system's behavior
- Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection, and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications
- Generate performance graphs session reports and Identify memory leakage, connection issues and bottleneck problems in the application
- Lead the teams to improve system performance
- Validate testing activities progress and issues, propose workaround solutions when necessary
- Coordinate with customers and other teams and ensure that test activities follow standards and best practices
- Good Communication Skills
